The theme songs for the TV anime adaptation of Tadatoshi Fujimaki's manga "Kill Blue" have been decided: The K-pop group aespa contributes the opening with "ATTITUDE," while RIIZE is responsible for the ending with "KILL SHOT."

Accompanying the announcement, two music videos were released, each offering a preview of the songs in the context of the series. The video for aespa's "ATTITUDE" focuses on the protagonist Juzo Ogami, who has been transformed into a middle school student, and the clash between his assassin past and his new school life. In contrast, the clip for RIIZE's "KILL SHOT" emphasizes the action sequences with driving beats and shows the adult Juzo in his element.

The two K-pop groups also expressed their excitement about their involvement. aespa emphasized that "ATTITUDE" fits perfectly with the fast-paced world of "Kill Blue." RIIZE explained that their song "KILL SHOT" reflects the duality of everyday life and extraordinary situations that defines the series, and the emotional melody in the chorus deepens the story's aftermath.

The anime series, with character designs by Miho Daidōji and animation by Studio CUE, will premiere on April 11 at 23:00 on the TV Tokyo network. The main role of the 13-year-old Juzo Ogami is voiced by Yuko Sanpei, while Shunsuke Takeuchi portrays his adult version.
