A new anime series titled "Failure Frame" is set to premiere in July. The series, based on the light novel by Yoshi Shinazaki, follows the protagonist Toka Mimori, who is banished to a world where he and his classmates are summoned as heroes. Toka, voiced by Ryota Suzuki, is cast out by the goddess Vishis and vows to take revenge and survive against all odds, armed only with a seemingly inferior "anomaly ability."

Key visuals for the anime and the first promotional video featuring the opening song "Hazure" by Chogakusei have been released, giving fans a glimpse of the animation style and the expected sound experience. Alongside Suzuki, Saki Miyashita stars as the heroine Seras Ashrain, Ayabun Tsukui as Pigimaru, and Ami Koshimizu as Vishis.
