Wakana Kuramochi, who will portray Liza, a maid in the Zenfis household, and Ami Koshimizu, who will bring to life Irisphilia, a classmate of Hart, will join the series. Shinnosuke Tachibana and Manaka Iwami have been cast as the royal siblings Laius and Marianne, respectively, while Misaki Kuno will play Tearietta Luseiannel, a professor specializing in ancient magic.
These new members share the spotlight with the main cast, which includes Ayumu Murase as Hart Zenfis, Atsumi Tanezaki as Charlotte Zenfis, Hart's younger sister, and Ayaka Shimizu as Flay, a Fenrir who becomes Hart's servant after a certain incident.
Takashi Naoya will direct the series at Staple Entertainment, with Matsuo Asami serving as assistant director. The series' scripts will be overseen by Tatsuya Takahashi, who will also co-write them alongside Tetsuya Yamada. Character design is handled by Shōko Yasuda.
The manga adaptation of the novels offers a look into the series: A reincarnated hero named Reinhart or Hart, who was abandoned at birth by his royal parents due to an alleged lack of abilities, navigates a dangerous world with magic that is not of this world.
