The manga "Amayo no Tsuki" by Kuzushiro is being adapted into a TV anime and is set to release in 2025. An illustration celebrating the anime adaptation has also been published.
"Amayo no Tsuki" tells the story of the deaf Kanade Oikawa and her classmate Saki Kindaichi, who feels drawn to her. Their first encounter happens just before the start of high school, when Saki accidentally bumps into Kanade on her way to a piano lesson. At school, Saki notices that Kanade keeps her distance from others due to her disability. However, Saki feels the desire to communicate with her and tries to bridge the gap between them. Over time, Kanade slowly changes through Saki's efforts.
