The novel source material „Akuyaku Reijou no Naka no Hito“ by Makiburo and the manga adaptation drawn by Shiraume Nazuna are receiving an anime adaptation. At the same time, the manga series, which was published in the magazine comic LAKE, is ending with the latest chapter on May 30.

The story centers on Emi, who is reborn in the body of the so-called „antagonist“ Remilia from an otome-inspired role-playing game. Her goal is to give Remilia a better life. However, after Emi is falsely accused and condemned by the game's main character, Remilia regains control and does everything to take revenge for Emi. The total circulation of the series has now exceeded two million copies. The sixth and final volume will be released on June 25.
