Kadokawa has announced plans for a TV anime adaptation of Kagiri Araido's manga "Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru" (Granpa and Grandma Turn Young Again). Apart from the release of images and an announcement illustration, no further details have been revealed.

The story of the original manga revolves around an elderly couple in Aomori. They lead a peaceful life, primarily occupied with apple harvesting. One day, when they unexpectedly wake up, they find themselves physically in their 20s, giving their daily routine a comical twist.
