The anticipation for the anime adaptation of the light novel series "Tsuyokute New Saga" by Masayuki Abe has been dampened. As announced on the official Twitter account, the originally planned July 2023 release date has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. This news leaves fans waiting for further updates regarding the revised schedule for the series' release.

"Tsuyokute New Saga," also known as "New Saga Plus," tells a story set in a world ravaged by demonic forces. The narrative follows the protagonist Kyle, who, after defeating the Demon King, is catapulted four years into the past. Burdened with the memories and experiences of his previous life, Kyle embarks on this new journey, determined to prevent a repetition of the tragic events he witnessed.

This project is directed by Norikazu Ishigooka, a director known for his work on the series "Midnight Occult Civil Servants." The anime is produced by Sotsu Co, Ltd., Makaria, and Yokohama Animation Lab. The character designs for the anime adaptation are created by Nilitsu, and Atsushi Asahi brings these characters to life. Kenta Ihara is in charge of the series' scripts, a task he has excelled at in previous works. The story is musically underscored by Shachō and Hironori Anazawa, who are responsible for composing the series' soundtrack.
