The anime adaptation of "Zatsu Journey - That's Journey," a popular series currently serialized in KADOKAWA's Dengeki Maoh magazine, is set to release in 2025. The series follows aspiring manga artist Chika Suzugamori, who embarks on spontaneous trips based on social media polls, depicting her journey of self-discovery and resilience after facing rejection in her artistic career.
The director is Masaharu Watanabe. Animation production is handled by Makaria. The series is composed by Yoko Nakamura, character designs are by rere, and the music is composed by Yoshiharu Fujisawa.
