Anime adaptation of “Nina the Starry Bride” announced

The TV anime adaptation of Rikachi's "Nina the Starry Bride" has been announced with the main cast, teaser visuals, and a promotional video.

"Nina the Starry Bride" is a royal love fantasy that follows the life of a girl named Nina who becomes the replacement for a princess. The manga, currently serialized in BE・LOVE (Kodansha), has released up to 11 volumes and won the 46th Kodansha Manga Award in the Shoujo category. With over 1.5 million copies in circulation, the latest 12th volume is set to release on December 13.

The main cast of the comic version will reprise their roles: Minami Tanaka voices Nina, Yuichiro Umehara plays Azure, the second prince of the Kingdom of Fortuna who chooses Nina as the replacement for the deceased Princess Alisha, and Kouki Uchiyama voices Seto, the first prince of Gargada, whom Nina is to serve as a false bride. The teaser visual features Nina in the center, flanked by Azure and Seto. The promotional video for the anime adaptation includes the characters' voices and offers a glimpse into their portrayal.
