Anime “Hoshi Furu Oukoku no Nina” starts in October

The TV anime adaptation of "Hoshi Furu Oukoku no Nina," originally created by Rikachi, will air on TOKYO MX on October 10 and on BS Asahi on October 11. The first key visual and promo video have been revealed.

The key visual features Nina, Azul, and Seto, who are at the center of the story, as well as Muhurum and Daitas. Additionally, the characters Yoru, Bidou, and Toh-toh can be seen. The promo video showcases various scenes with these characters.

The opening song "Nina" is performed by Maaya Sakamoto, who also wrote the lyrics. Sakamoto comments: "It was very important to me that she is called by her real name, so I titled the song 'Nina' to reflect that feeling. A short version of the music video for 'Nina' featuring Sakamoto is available on YouTube.

The ending song "Hoshi no Dengon" is performed by Nao Toyama, who also voices Muhurum, the first prince of Fortna and Azul's half-brother. "I hope Muhurum's straightforward manner and his loving affection for Nina will reach many people," Toyama enthusiastically shared.

Tatsuya Tomizawa will play the role of Daitas, who has been a loyal servant to Azul since childhood. Tomizawa, a long-time fan of "Hoshi Furu Oukoku no Nina," expressed his affection for the series and recalled, "I still remember how often my heart was moved when I read the original work."

"Hoshi Furu Oukoku no Nina" is a fantasy story in which the orphan Nina, who shares the same eye color as the deceased princess of Fortna, takes on the role of the princess.
