Anime Announcement: "Clevatess: The King of Beasts, the Child, and the Corpses of the Brave"

The anime adaptation of Yuji Iwahara's work "Cleverness: The King of Beasts, the Child, and the Corpses of the Brave" has been officially announced, accompanied by the release of a first teaser visual and a promotional video.

The fantasy story begins with the failure of the chosen heroes led by Alicia, who are unable to defeat the Beast King Clevatess, putting the kingdom in danger. The plot unfolds when Clevatess, who has attacked the royal capital, is entrusted with a baby.

The anime is directed by Kiyotaka Taguchi, known for his work on the "Ultraman" series and various special effects, marking his debut as an anime director. Keigo Koyanagi, known for "The Rising of the Shield Hero," is in charge of the series composition, while Lay-duce, the studio behind "Rising Impact," is producing the animation. The main cast includes Haruka Shiraishi as Alicia, Mutsumi Tamura as Kuren (the human form of Clevatess), and Yuichi Nakamura as Clevatess.
