Anime “Puniru wa Kawaii Slime” premieres on October 6th with new details about the image and cast

The TV anime "Puniru wa Kawaii Slime," based on the original work by Maeda-kun, will premiere on October 6. A new key visual as well as additional details about the characters and cast have been released.

"Puniru wa Kawaii Slime" is a romantic comedy about the daily life of a young boy, Kotaro Kawai, who encounters Puniru, a slime he created in his childhood that has now transformed into a beautiful girl. The key visual shows Puniru in her human form alongside Kotaro and other characters.

New characters and their voice actors have also been announced. Risa Shimizu will voice Asami Kumo, the school's "Madonna" and Kotaro's crush. Junya Enoki will play Kotaro's classmate Yusuke Nanba, while Yumiri Hanamori will portray Alice Mikanega, a snobbish classmate from a wealthy family.

The opening theme song, "Gyumu!," will be performed by Yuu Shinohara, the voice actress for Puniru. The second trailer, which has also been released, showcases the voices of the three new characters and a preview of the opening song.
