A website launched on Wednesday confirmed the upcoming continuation of Hiroyuki Takei's anime Shaman King titled Shaman King Flowers. The site reveals the cast, the actors, the teaser visual, the teaser commercial, and the premiere in January 2024.

The continuation will feature Yōko Hikasa as Hana Asakura, Katsuyuki Konishi as Amidamaru, Sumire Uesaka as Alumi Niumbirch, Shun Horie as Yohane Asakura, Michiko Kaiden as Gakko Ibuki, and Romi Park as Tao Men.

Takeshi Furuta, the director of the previous anime, will also direct the continuation at Bridge. Shoji Yonemura is once again in charge of the series scripts, while Mayuko Yamamoto replaces Satohiko Sano as character designer. The team also includes Toshiumi Iizumi and Satoshi Mutsuda for Over Soul Design, Yuji Shibata for prop design, Jin'ya Kimura as art director/art design, Natsuko Otsuka as color key artist, Teruyuki Kawase as compositing director of photography, Kumiko Sakamoto as editor, Yuki Hayashi as music composer, Masafumi Mima as sound director, and King Records for music production.

Takei began the sequel manga Shaman King Flowers, which focuses on Hana, in 2012 in Jump X magazine and ended it in the magazine's final issue in 2014.
