In this fantastical world inhabited solely by anthropomorphic beings, Bell is the only human. Although she is a young girl, she can wield a massive sword called "Roaring Blade." Faiyruz expressed her excitement for the role, stating that she was captivated by the anime's fascinating and mysterious world and drew inspiration from Bell's inner struggles and aspirations.

Lay-duce Film is responsible for the anime's production. The staff includes director Koyo Nishikata, series composition by Hiroyuki Yoshino, character design by Yuki Hino, and music by Kevin Penkin.

The teaser video for the anime begins with a determined scene of Bell introducing herself, followed by action sequences of her running across water surfaces and swinging her massive sword.
