Anime 'Hanaori-san': Maaya Uchida Voices the Mysterious Princess – Second Trailer and Music Revealed

The upcoming anime adaptation of Hekiru Hikawa's manga 'Hanaori-san wa Tensei shitemo Kenka ga Shitai' has unveiled further details. As has now been revealed, popular voice actress and singer Maaya Uchida will take on the role of the enigmatic Princess Tsumugina Meru. The character previously served as a court mage before the reborn Demon King Ryusei Narukami began his rise. The announcement was made alongside the release of the second promotional video, which showcases numerous action scenes, fast-paced dialogue, and comedic everyday moments. Additionally, the series' music tracks have been revealed: The opening theme 'High Maintenance Girl' is by Masayoshi Ooishi, while Uchida contributes both the ending song 'Very Good Encounter' and lends her voice to the role. In the lead roles, Jun Fukuyama voices Ryusei Narukami and Akira Sekine voices Meteor Hanaori. The series premieres on July 11, 2026, and will air in the ANiMAZiNG!!! programming block on ABC TV and TV Asahi, as well as on BS Nittele and AT-X. Streaming services d Anime Store and ABEMA will show the episodes shortly after their TV broadcast.
