The artist imase, who gained fame both in and outside Japan after self-releasing composed songs like "Night Dancer" online, has made her debut in the film industry with "Utopia"—a song specially composed for "SAND LAND." The artist, who was born just a week after the first volume of the "SAND LAND" manga was released in November 2000, humorously compares herself to the manga's 2,500-year-old protagonist Beelzebub and expresses her joy at contributing to a Toriyama work, having grown up with "Dragon Ball" since childhood.

The film is based on the manga "SAND LAND," a story set in a distant future where Earth has been ravaged by war and water is controlled by a selfish king. The narrative follows Sheriff Rao, the son of the Demon King Beelzebub, and Thief as they embark on a journey through the desert to find a long-lost lake, encountering numerous obstacles along the way—from dragons to the king's army itself.

The film will hit Japanese theaters on August 18.
