The TV anime adaptation of the light novel series "My Happy Marriage," written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, will return with a second season. The news was shared via the anime's official Twitter account, accompanied by a video with English subtitles featuring the main cast members Reina Ueda and Kaito Ishikawa.

The first season concluded with its 12th episode, and the series originally aired on July 5.

The light novels tell the story of Miyo, who is born into nobility but is mistreated by her stepmother. She is married off to Kiyoka, a seemingly cold-hearted soldier. Over time, Miyo begins to warm up to Kiyoka and believes that this arranged marriage could be her chance at true love and happiness.
