For the upcoming anime adaptation "Kizetsu Yūsha to Ansatsu Hime" (English: "The Fainting Hero and the Assassin Princess"), based on the original work by Norishiro-chan and Yukiji Yukita, key production details have now been revealed. At the center is a new main promotional video, showcasing protagonist Toto – an introverted hero without a following – and three female characters: Ciel, Anemone, and Gore. While the three appear to pursue friendly intentions, the contrast between Toto's naive determination and the hidden motives of his companions is highlighted.

The production also makes a mark musically: The opening song "Tenden Barabara" is performed by artist Yoshino, while the ending song "Sukima Jikan" is a collaborative project by voice actresses Iori Saeki, Hitomi Ueda, and Seika Shiraishi. Excerpts of both songs can already be heard in the promotional video, with the full versions set to release in July.

The humorous plot of the series explores the unusual dynamic between the socially awkward hero Toto and the three women who initially accompany him for tactical reasons. As the story progresses, the development of their relationship takes center stage.

The series is based on the successful graphic novel published by Akita Shoten and is being produced under the supervision of Kadokawa Animation.
