The anime adaptation of the manga "The Elusive Samurai" by Yusei Matsui recently announced new cast members and a release window during the Aniplex Online Fest 2023. The adaptation is scheduled for 2024 and will feature new visual artwork.

The additional cast includes Hinaki Yano as Shizuku, Mari Hino as Kojirō, Sayumi Suzushiro as Ayako, Aoi Yūki as Kazama Genba, and Kikunosuke Toya as Fubuki. Asaki Yuikawa and Yūichi Nakamura were previously announced as the voices for the main characters Hojo Tokiyuki and Suwa Yorishige, respectively.
