At AnimeJapan 2023, Aniplex announced that the Korean webcomic "A Returner's Magic Should Be Special" (Japanese: Kikansha no Mahō wa Tokubetsu Desu) by Wookjakga will be adapted into a TV anime in 2023. Takuma Terashima has been confirmed to voice the role of Desir Herman in the new series.
