A third season of the television series Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation is being released. The start of the new anime episodes is scheduled for the coming July. On the occasion of this date, a first key visual was published, showing the character Eris with a determined look and a sword. The announcement coincides with the fifth anniversary of the anime adaptation.

The plot of the series is based on the novel source material and tells of a 34-year-old unemployed man who, after his death, is reborn in a fantasy world as a boy named Rudeus and tries to make a fresh start there. The third season is expected to adapt the content of the thirteenth novel volume.
