ano Releases Collaborative Music Video for New 'Keroro Gunsou' Film – Premiere on June 14

Japanese singer ano has released a collaborative music video for the upcoming film 'Shin Gekijouban Keroro Gunsou: Fukkatsu shite Sokkou Chikyuu Metsubou no Kiki de Arimasu!'. The clip for her song 'Kashippanashi Destiny' premieres on June 14 at 8 PM (JST) on her official YouTube channel. A teaser was already released on June 13, offering a first taste of the interplay between film footage and music.

The video uses scenes from the new film and was directed by Eita (maxilla), with editing by tachi. It opens with the song's chorus, set against footage of the returning Keroro squad. The film itself hits Japanese theaters on June 26 – it's the first theatrical film for the series in 16 years and part of the anime's 20th anniversary.

ano not only contributes the title track but also appears in the film as the voice of a robot researcher. Additionally, she sings the opening theme 'Mata Kaette Kita Kerō! to March' together with comedian Sosina, a reinterpretation of the well-known 'Kerō! to March'. Both songs were digitally released on June 3.

The film is produced under the script and overall direction of Yuichi Fukuda (known for the 'Gintama' live-action films), with direction by Fumitoshi Oizaki. The main voice of the Keroro squad remains Kumiko Watanabe as Keroro. New to the cast is Jesse from SixTONES, who voices the Keron siblings Aruru and Deruru.

The official trailer and new key visual already set the stage for the plot: After a quiet start, mysterious youkai riots break out in Shibuya, and the Keroro unit must face a new invasion attempt.
