Ao no Hako: New visuals, main trailer, additional voice actors and theme songs revealed for the second cour

As part of the Jump Festa 2025, new details about the anime adaptation of Ao no Hako (The Blue Box), based on the manga by Kouji Miura, were revealed. The announcements include a second key visual, the second main trailer, new voice actors, and the theme songs for the second cour of the series.

The second key visual showcases the intense gazes of Chinatsu and Hina, reflecting their emotions. By Taiki's side is also Ayame Moriya, a new character and classmate who will be introduced in the upcoming episodes.

The new main trailer for the second cour focuses on the preparations for the Inter-High tournaments. It features Chinatsu pursuing her dream and Taiki dedicating himself wholeheartedly to his training to reach new heights.

New Character and Voice Actor

- Ayame Moriya, Koren's younger sister and a friend of Chinatsu and Haryuu, will be voiced by Kana Ichinose.

Theme Songs for the Second Cour

- Opening song: "Shikaraba" by Macaroni Empitsu.

- Ending song: "Contrast" by TOMOO.
