On the official website of Yūgo Kobayashi's Aoashi manga, the first teaser promo video for the upcoming anime was released today. Additionally, the cast, staff, and the premiere in April 2022 were announced.

Aoashi depicts the youth of high school students striving to become professionals in the J-League youth soccer team. The manga is serialized continuously in Weekly Big Comic Spirits (Shogakukan) and won the first prize at the 65th Shogakukan Manga Awards. The 26th volume will be released on November 12.
