“Quintessential Quintuplets*” anime adaptation announced

The popular series "Quintessential Quintuplets" is celebrating its fifth broadcast anniversary with the announcement of a new anime adaptation titled "Quintessential Quintuplets*," which was revealed during the series' anniversary event at the Yokohama Arena. This new project will showcase the honeymoon of Uesugi Futaro and the quintuplet sisters, a continuation under the full supervision and original planning of Negi Haruba.

In addition to the anime, a new light novel from the franchise was also unveiled as part of the celebrations. The light novel is penned by Hajime Asano, known for works such as "Mayo Chiki!" and "Lapis Re:Lights." This addition promises to explore everyday adventures not featured in the original manga.
