Arknights: Perish in Frost Anime Reveals Second Teaser and Cast Details

A second teaser video for the upcoming TV anime "Arknights: Perish in Frost" was recently released on the official Twitter account.



The cast for the anime has been revealed, featuring a lineup of well-known voices, including Yuki Kaida, Tomoyo Kurosawa, Yōko Hikasa, Ai Kakuma, and others. All actors will lend their talents to bring the various characters of the series to life.

In addition to the cast, the creative team working on the anime has also been announced. With Yuki Watanabe as director and Yostar Pictures as the series' head writer, a mix of seasoned professionals and new talents is on board. Key roles such as animation character design, art direction, color design, and music production are filled by experienced industry professionals, suggesting a promising level of quality.

"Arknights: Perish in Frost" follows "Arknights: Prelude to Dawn," which premiered in October 2022 and ran for eight episodes.

The anime series is based on a game developed by Chinese studios Studio Montagne and Hypergryph. The game, released in China in May 2019 and worldwide in January 2020, is set in a fantasy world called Terra. The story revolves around Oripathy-infected individuals and their struggles in a disaster-ridden world, aided by a wandering medical company known as Rhodes Island.
