Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER – Third season of the anime announced with a new teaser

The third season of the popular anime series Arknights, titled Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER (焔燼曙明), is set to launch later this year. Alongside this announcement, a second teaser has been released, offering exciting glimpses into the upcoming events.

The teaser begins with an emotional address from Amiya. It ties back to the pivotal words from the first teaser, which was released in October of last year: "I will bring them back. Please wait for me." The new video now reveals to whom this promise was directed.

Throughout the trailer, we see Chen, determined to enter the decisive battle alone to end the conflict. However, her companions try to stop her, showcasing the strong bonds between them.

Additionally, intense scenes are shown, including a direct duel between Chen and Hoshiguma, who have always fought side by side until now. The teaser concludes with a poignant statement from Talulah: "At the farthest edges, I will wait for her," hinting at an impending, epic battle.

The anime series is based on the successful mobile tower defense game Arknights (明日方舟). The first season, Prelude to Dawn (黎明前奏), aired in 2022, followed by the second season, Perish in Frost (冬隠帰路), in 2023. The cast includes Yukari Kaida as the Doctor and Tomoyo Kurosawa as Amiya.
