“Surgeon Elise” will air starting January 10, 2024

The TV anime "Surgeon Elise" will begin airing on January 10, 2024. Along with this announcement, the second key visual and the main trailer have been released.

The second key visual features Elise and other central characters such as Linden and Graham. The excerpt showcases Elise's endeavor to become a doctor and introduces some of the main figures. The trailer also reveals the opening theme "Believer," sung by Yui Ishikawa, the voice of Elise, and the ending theme "Listen" by Mazu Arai.

New cast members have been announced. Satoshi Hino plays Ron, Linden's disguised alter ego, who appears as a mysterious nobleman at Teresa Hospital where Elise works. Daisuke Ono plays Ren de Clorance, Elise's responsible and level-headed older brother, while Hiro Shimono portrays Chris de Clorance, another of Elise's brothers, known for his cheerful demeanor. Megumi Han plays Julien de Child, a daughter of the Child noble family who loves Prince Linden, Soma Saito as Mikhail de Romanov, Linden's brother who supports Elise behind the scenes, and Kazuhiko Inoue as Minchester de Romanov, Linden's father, who regards Elise as his daughter. Hino expressed his excitement for the role of Ron and hopes to deliver an exciting experience to the viewers.

"Surgeon Elise" tells the story of the girl Elise, who has been reborn three times. In her first lives, she was an evil empress and a surgeon. In her third life, she decides to use her medical knowledge to become a doctor again. The series will also be available for streaming on the dAnime Store, with an early terrestrial broadcast and exclusive faster distribution.
