Atelier Ryza - Episode 6

The episode begins with Ryza expressing her desire to build a secret hideout using alchemy to Empel. After gaining some insights, she shares her plans with Tao, Lent, and Klaudia. Together, they draft a design for the hideout. Ryza then lists the materials they need to gather.

While searching for building materials, the group encounters Bascila, a woman with a goat and plenty of wood. She agrees to provide the wood in exchange for a pudding recipe from Klaudia. As the group prepares the hideout, Klaudia faces a challenge: Bascila prefers cow's milk for the pudding, which is scarce on the island. However, Klaudia's innovative use of El sugar in a goat milk variation pleases Bascila, who then offers unlimited goat milk and eggs for more puddings. Ryza helps by synthesizing El sugar for Klaudia.

The group then focuses on building the hideout on another island. Once completed, Ryza names it "Atelier Ryza." As they discuss their plans, Lent senses a strange presence from the forest. Ryza instructs Klaudia to stay behind and inform Empel and Lila upon their arrival. Ryza, Lent, and Tao encounter a crystallized scorpion monster in the forest. By creating a distraction, they manage to escape and return to Atelier Ryza, where they find Empel and Lila. Lila investigates the forest but finds no trace of the creature.

Lila praises Lent's actions, while Empel expresses concern about the unknown creature. For safety reasons, Empel asks Ryza and her friends to avoid the hideout until he and Lila thoroughly inspect the area. Although disappointed, Ryza agrees. As a token of gratitude, Empel gifts Ryza a Core Crystal, an artifact that allows her to reuse any alchemically synthesized item. The episode ends with Ryza expressing her gratitude to Empel.
