“The Workplace Where Smiles Never End” will be adapted as a TV anime in 2025

"The Workplace Where Smiles Never End," a comic strip currently serialized in Comic DAYS, is set to be adapted into a TV anime in 2025. This "Working Girls Comedy" revolves around the life of Nanami Futami, an aspiring manga artist. The story humorously depicts her sometimes absurd "occupational hazards" while working on her manga, supported by an editor and assistants. The animation production for this adaptation will be handled by Voil.

Kuzushiro, the creator of the series, has released a celebratory illustration for the anime adaptation, featuring Futami and others at their desks. In connection with the anime announcement, the magazine Comic DAYS is running a campaign until January 31, offering free access to the first three volumes of "The Workplace Where Smiles Never End" and the first two volumes of "Rainy Night Moon," which are also serialized in the same magazine.

Additionally, the ninth volume of "The Workplace Where Smiles Never End" was released today, January 18. This latest volume continues the story with a proposal to adapt Futami's serialized work into a TV anime, mirroring the real-life development of the series.
