“Tsuma, Shougakusei ni Naru” anime starts in October

The TV anime adaptation of Yayu Murata's "Tsuma, Shougakusei ni Naru" will premiere in October on TOKYO MX, BS11, and other networks. A first promotional video has also been released.

The teaser, titled "Wife Arc," begins with the scene where Keisuke Niijima's deceased wife, Takae Niijima, returns in the form of a young girl named Marika Shiraishi. The video shows the Niijima family at the dinner table, interrupted by the ringing of the doorbell and the sudden appearance of Marika, who boldly declares: "I am Takae Niijima, your wife! Mai's mother!" The video captures joyful moments, such as Keisuke enjoying a meal prepared by Takae and their daughter Mai smiling as she talks with her mother.
