The second season of "Baki Hanma," based on the manga "Hanma Baki - Son of Ogre" by Keisuke Itagaki, is just around the corner. Recently, TMS released an English-subtitled trailer introducing new characters and themes of the upcoming season. Fans can expect a worldwide Netflix debut on July 26, divided into two main story arcs.



The trailer introduces two new characters. Pickle, a warrior from an ancient era, is voiced by Takeshi Kusao, and Dr. Albert Payne, the scientist who revives Pickle, is voiced by Nobuo Tobita. Their involvement is set to bring a new dynamic to the story.

The season’s music includes the opening song "The Beast" by Wagakki Band and the ending song "WILDER" by UPSTART. Fans will also witness the return of the cast and crew from the first season, ensuring continuity in the production.

"Baki Hanma" is the third Baki series on Netflix, following the "Baki: Dai Raitaisai-hen" series. The plot focuses on the impending confrontation between Baki Hanma and his father, Yujiro Hanma. This clash, described in the original manga as "the strongest parent-child brawl in the history of the world," is a central event eagerly anticipated by fans of the series.
