For the upcoming anime adaptation of Roku Sakuraku’s work „Busu ni Hanataba wo.“, a new main trailer was presented. The trailer introduces additional character voices as well as the title song of the series.
At the center of the story is Hana Tabata, a high school student who lacks confidence due to her appearance but dreams of a romantic relationship straight out of a shoujo manga. By her side is Yosuke Ueno, one of the most popular students at school. The romantic comedy follows the two through their school life, their afternoons, and private moments as they gradually grow closer. Hana is voiced by Saori Hayami, Yosuke by Shinba Tsuchiya.
The trailer also features the voices of additional characters for the first time: Yoshino Aoyama as Sumire Uguisudani and Yoshimasa Hosoya as Tetsuo Gotanda. The opening song „BLOOM (feat. Ayumu Imazu)“ is by TWS and is showcased in the preview.
Other important characters include Tsutomu Shimbashi, voiced by Tasuku Hatanaka, an energetic classmate with a sensitive side, and Keisuke Ueno, Yosuke’s younger brother, who displays remarkable maturity despite his young age. Keisuke is voiced by Makoto Koichi.
The ending song chosen is „Souvenir“ by GLASGOW. Singer and guitarist Aratani expressed his delight that the song is meant to encourage Hana, Yosuke, and all fans of the work.
