BL Drama «Ecchi na Oshiri ja Dame desu ka?»: First Four Minutes of the Premiere Episode Released

The team behind the Japanese BL drama «Ecchi na Oshiri ja Dame desu ka?» has released the first four minutes of the first episode for free on the official YouTube channel for BL dramas by DMM TV. The series, based on the manga of the same name by Hatoya Tama, premiered on July 6, 2026, on TOKYO MX (Mondays from 25:20) and is simultaneously streamed on DMM TV. Spanning ten episodes, the production tells the story of the naive student Hisaki Ainosuke, who is rescued from a harasser on the subway by an older, attractive man named Okumi Hideaki. It soon turns out that Okumi is the president of the company where Ainosuke has a confirmed internship—a relationship further complicated by a 17-year age gap and the power imbalance between superior and subordinate. The lead roles are played by Sakai Sho as Ainosuke and Kimisawa Yuki as Okumi. The director is Yashiki Miyako, and the screenplay is by Shioji Naowa. The original manga, published by Kaiohsha, has sold over 1.9 million copies (print and digital) to date. Before the broadcast began, an exclusive preview event took place on June 21. Following the release of the preview material, initial scene photos from the second episode were also shown, in which the relationship between the protagonists takes a new turn and a mysterious man appears who seems to know Ainosuke more closely.
