The "Blue Lock -EPISODE Nagi-" spinoff, currently serialized in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine, focuses on the journey of another protagonist, Nagi Seishiro, before he joins the renowned football training facility "Blue Lock." The revealed teaser image captures a moment with Nagi Seishiro and Reiō Mikage, both wearing their TEAM V jerseys during the first selection process, looking intently ahead.
The promotional video offers viewers a glimpse into the story, revisiting past battles and encounters. It includes lines such as "My life was monotonous until I met 'Blue Lock' and him" and captures moments from Nagi and Reiō's high school days before they joined the facility, marking the time when their paths first crossed.
