Blue Lock Season 2: First promotional video released

The first promotional video for the second season of the anime "Blue Lock," based on the original work by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura, has been released.

The video begins with a speech by Jinpachi Ego, emphasizing the importance of the match against the Japanese U-20 national team. It is revealed that the "Blue Lock" project will be terminated in case of a defeat. Additionally, the video announces the trial trainings for the regular spots in the national team. The trailer also showcases the determination of the protagonist Yoichi Isagi, who expresses his readiness to seize this opportunity to fundamentally change his life. The video concludes with the first appearance of Oliver Aiku, whose character voice is introduced by Satoshi Hino.

The second season of "Blue Lock" is set to premiere on October 5th. After the intense selection processes of the first season, the 35 surviving strikers now face the decisive challenge of competing against the Japanese U-20 national team to ensure the continuation of the Blue Lock project.
