"Bocchi the Rock!" collaborates with I LOHAS for special song "Boku to San Genshoku"

The anime Bocchi the Rock! has teamed up with the Japanese Coca-Cola water brand I LOHAS to release a collaborative song titled Boku to San Genshoku ("Me and the Three Primary Colors"). Today, a "Special Film" for this song was unveiled.

The song Boku to San Genshoku revolves around the theme of "cycle," inspired by I LOHAS's efforts to recycle bottles and support water resource conservation through forest preservation activities. The film includes live-action footage of locations such as the SHELTER venue in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, which served as the model for the fictional STARRY venue in the anime. The video also features memorable scenes from the anime, connecting the song's theme with the visual world of Bocchi the Rock!

Boku to San Genshoku is part of the mini-album Re: Kessoku Band, which was released and made available for streaming on August 14. The song was written by Ai Higuchi, who also penned lyrics for other Kessoku Band songs like Seishun Complex and Seiza ni Naretara. The music was composed by Masatake Fukunai, known for his work on the opening theme Doppelganger for the Theatrical Compilation Bocchi the Rock! Re:Re: and the song Namonaki Nanimo Kamo by Togenashi Togeari.
