"Boku to Roboco" Cinema film reveals multiversity action and Ano as a theme song artist

On April 18, 2024, the cinematic adaptation of the gag-filled manga Boku to Roboco (English: Me and Roboco) by Shūhei Miyazaki will hit Japanese theaters. A new key visual and an action-packed trailer offer glimpses into the chaotic plot, which thrusts Roboco and her alternate selves from parallel realities into a battle to save "Bermuda Town."

Roboco stands alongside her multiverse versions—each with unique designs and abilities—against a surreal cityscape, ready for the ultimate showdown.

Five chaotic Roboco variants (voiced by: Mayumi Tanaka, Shigeru Chiba, Sumire Uesaka, Masako Nozawa) wreak havoc on the big screen in the name of peace, accompanied by the energetic theme song Rori Rokkyun Robo♡ by singer ano.

The film adapts the popular multiverse arc of the original manga while expanding it with new elements. Director Miyazaki promises "a visual spectacle that takes the absurd comedy of the series to the extreme."
