On the official website of the TV anime adaptation of Yuuki Yaku's light novel Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun (Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki), it was announced on Friday that a new anime project is in production. The first season of Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki consisted of a total of 12 episodes. Two OVAs were also broadcast in May and June 2021. Shinsuke Yanagi directed the first season, while Project No.9 was responsible for the animation.
