On the official website of the previously announced anime adaptation of Tetsuya Imai's manga Bokura no Yoake (Break of Dawn), the main cast, staff, and a trailer have been revealed. The film is set to open in Japanese theaters in October 2022.



Tomoyuki Kurokawa is directing the anime at Zero-G. Dai Sato is writing the script, and pomodorosa is the animation character designer and concept designer. Takahiko Yoshida is the cartoon character designer and chief animation director, and Masaru Yokoyama is composing the music. GAGA and Avex Pictures are distributing the film.

Imai serialized the sci-fi manga in Afternoon magazine in 10 chapters from January to October 2011.
