Bye Bye, Earth - Episode 1

Episode 1 of "Bye Bye, Earth" introduces Belle Lablac, a mysterious girl with no discernible features. She lives with her master, Sian Lablac. Belle reaches the Weather Wheel Tower to confront a monstrous Negroni that is poisoning the lake with saltwater. Despite the crowd's skepticism and her unusual appearance, Belle fearlessly faces the monster and defeats it, earning the town's gratitude.

At home, Belle reflects on her purpose and her desire to find others like herself. Sian, her Enola (teacher), encourages her to embark on a journey to discover her roots and undergo the trials to become a Nomad. He explains that Nomads bear a curse, a trial that will accompany them on their journey. Sian's own curse restricts him to only teaching, preventing him from using his powers for anything else.

Belle decides to leave, driven by her longing for belonging. Sian gives her his final lesson and urges her to embrace her curse as a blessing. As she prepares to depart, Sian mysteriously disappears, symbolizing the end of their time together. He entrusts Belle with the task of visiting the places he could not reach, emphasizing that his teachings will guide her.

In an emotional farewell, Sian reveals the true meaning of "Erehwon," the spell on her sword, and the term "Utopia." Filled with love and determination, Belle sets off into the unknown, driven by the desire to understand her origins and find a place where she belongs. As she begins her journey, the episode concludes with Belle's departure, marking the start of her quest in a world full of mysteries and challenges.
