Cast and music for anime [b]Material Collector’s Isekai Travelogue[/b] announced

For the upcoming anime adaptation of „Material Collector’s Isekai Travelogue,“ the voice cast as well as details about the musical accompaniment have now been announced. In the lead role, Nobunaga Shimazaki, known for works such as „Jujutsu Kaisen“ and „Free!,“ can be heard. He voices Takeru, a former office worker who begins a new life in a fantasy world. By his side is Aysa Itō, who provides the voice for Bea – a dragon-like, spiritually gifted companion who plays an important role within the travel party. The team is rounded out by Makoto Koichi as Brolight, a spirited elf warrior with a penchant for unconventional behavior and combat challenges.

The musical accompaniment is provided by the virtual singing unit Nornis, which belongs to the agency network Nijisanji. Their opening song combines electronic sounds with catchy pop melodies, underscoring the adventurous tone of the series.

Behind the scenes, Yoshiaki Odaka, known for the „Battle Spirits“ series, is responsible for directing. The character design comes from Mayumi Watanabe („Arata: The Legend“), while Yō Takagi („The Dungeon of Black Company“) composes the music. The animation is being produced in a collaboration between Tatsunoko Production and SynergySP.

In terms of content, the series follows protagonist Takeru, who is endowed with superhuman abilities in the world of Madeus. His special „search skill“ allows him to track down valuable materials – instead of heroic battles, his focus lies on collecting rare resources. Along the way, he is accompanied by unusual companions like the gluttonous dragon Bea and the mud-loving elf Brolight. The series emphasizes travel adventures and world exploration but deliberately avoids romantic or harem elements.
