"Chainsaw Man: The Reze Arc" film announced with teaser visuals and trailer

The TV anime "Chainsaw Man," based on the manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, is getting a theatrical film titled "Chainsaw Man: The Reze Arc." This was announced at the "Chainsaw Man" stage event during "Jump Festa 2024," held on December 17 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba.

In addition to this announcement, a teaser image and promotional video featuring the character Reze and flowers were shown. Rie Ueda will voice Reze in the upcoming film.

"Chainsaw Man" is a dark hero action series that follows the life of Denji, a young man who harbors a devil within him and works as a devil hunter. The manga first debuted in 2018 in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) and is currently continuing in Shonen Jump+ with a second part. The series also celebrated its TV debut in October 2022 and has been adapted into a stage play.
