"Chi.: Chikyuu no Undou ni Tsuite" – Second music video for the collaboration with Sakanaction released

For the anime adaptation of Uoto’s work „Chi.: Chikyuu no Undou ni Tsuite,“ a second joint music video with the band Sakanaction was released on May 30. The focus is on the title song „Kaijuu,“ sung by Sakanaction.

The new music video continues the story of the series and, in contrast to the first video, which was based on the first half of the plot, now deals with the events from the further course of the series. The reason for the collaboration is that the song „Kaijuu“ has now surpassed the 100 million streams mark.

At the same time, it was announced that the release of the first joint music video, originally intended to be available for three months, has been extended. Both videos will now remain accessible until February 20, 2026.
