Chillin in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers is getting an anime adaptation

The light novel series "Chillin' in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers" by Oninojo Miya is receiving a TV anime adaptation. Recently, a series of information was released, including key visuals, promotional videos, cast, and production team.





The story takes place in a fantasy world called the Clairoad Magical Kingdom, where a young merchant named Banaza is chosen as a hero candidate. However, since his abilities are only average at Level 1, he is deemed unfit for the hero role and banished to a remote forest. Interestingly, after defeating a monster and leveling up to Level 2, he gains an overwhelming amount of power. Under the name Fulio, he decides to live in this new world and begins an exciting married life with Fenlees, a daughter of the Fang Wolf tribe.

Voice actors Satoshi Hino and Rie Kugimiya will lend their talents to the characters Fulio and Fenlees. Listeners will hear their voices in the promotional videos. The series is directed by Yoshiaki Iwasaki, with scripts by Megumi Shimizu, character designs by Sodai Suwa, music by Yumemi Kujira, and animation by J.C. Staff. The anime is scheduled to air next year.
