Kadokawa announced today that the light novel series Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata: Senjou wo Kakeru Kaifuku Youin and Ningen Fushin no Boukensha-tachi ga Sekai wo Sukuu You desu will inspire an anime. This information was revealed during a special web event commemorating the 8th anniversary of the first publication of MF Books.

Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata: Senjou wo Kakeru Kaifuku Youin by Kurokata tells the story of high school student Usato, who happens to meet student council president Suzune and his classmate Kazuki on his way home. All three are suddenly swallowed by a magic circle and transported to another world. The trio is summoned as heroes to save a kingdom from the army of a demon king—but only Suzune and Kazuki have what it takes to be heroes. However, it turns out that Usato possesses magical abilities that he must perfect through rigorous training.

The series was published by MF Books from 2016 and concluded in 2020 after 12 volumes.

Ningen Fushin no Boukensha-tachi ga Sekai wo Sukuu You desu follows Nick, who was part of a battle-hardened adventurer group until one day he was banished from it. Nick was falsely accused of embezzlement, even though he had supported his sloppy companions with money and knowledge. He is even abandoned by his lover. However, Nick ends up in a tavern and shares a table with the daughter of a former noble family, an excommunicated priest, and a dragon warrior. The other three are also adventurers who have lost faith in humanity after being betrayed by someone. Nick and the others consider joining forces, as they are united by their distrust of everyone else.

The series has been running under MF Books since 2019.

Further details regarding the release date or production are still pending.
