Cinematophailm "Crayon Shin-Chan: The Flaming Dancers from Kasukabe"-start date

The latest installment of the popular film series "Crayon Shin-chan" is titled "Chō Kareki! Shakunetsu no Kasukabe Dancers" (English: "Ultraglamorous! The Flaming Dancers of Kasukabe") and will premiere in Japanese theaters on August 8, 2024. A teaser trailer and key visual have been released.

The Kasukabe Defense Force travels to India to participate in an entertainment festival in the fictional state of Hagashimir. However, the trip takes a dramatic turn when Bo is transformed into a tyrannical "Bōkun" after coming into contact with a mysterious backpack. The group must not only overcome cultural challenges—such as chapati trials and traditional dances—but also save Bo before he plunges the world into chaos.

The key visual shows the team in vibrant Indian attire, dancing in front of a palace backdrop, while Bo lurks in the background with a sinister grin. The trailer combines humorous scenes (Shinnosuke's enthusiastic "Namaste!") with action-packed moments as the group battles Bo's dark transformation.
