First details about the second season of the anime adaptation of Haruka Mitsui's work "Douse, Koishite Shimaunda" (English: "No Doubt In Us") have been released. The continuation is scheduled for the year 2026.

A newly introduced image motif shows the characters Hazawa Mizuho, Hizuki Kaguya, Kashiwagi Shin, Izumi Ai, and Hoshikawa Shuugo together at the pool. This scene suggests that the pool area gains emotional significance for the group as the story progresses. Additionally, depictions of the main characters as adults were presented.

Director Junichi Yamamoto, who was already in charge of the first season, is directing again. He mentioned close coordination with the original author Mitsui and screenwriter Murai to properly adapt the final storyline of the novel and expressed confidence in the completed script.

The series tells a youth story centered around the protagonist Mizuho and her four male friends, who have been close since childhood. The dynamic between the five changes fundamentally when Kaguya unexpectedly declares Mizuho as one of his romantic options. The first season has already been fully aired. The underlying manga source continues to be serialized in the magazine Nakayoshi by publisher Kodansha.
