Production details for the second season of the anime adaptation of "Gaikotsu Kishi-sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekakechuu" have been released. Initial video material as well as an official illustration were presented to the public.

The responsible production staff and the cast for the main roles remain largely unchanged. The direction continues to be handled by Masami Ono, while Tohru Imanishi is once again responsible for the character designs. The animation production is entrusted to Studio Aura.

The released video material contains first animated scenes, showing both battle sequences and humorous moments. The illustration shows the protagonists Arc, Ariane, Chiyome, and the creature Ponta.

The voice actors Tomoaki Maeno, Fairouz Ai, Nene Hieda, and Miyu Tomita commented on the continuation of the series in written statements. For the opening theme of the new episodes, the singer PelleK could once again be secured, who addressed a personal message to the viewers.

The plot of the series follows Arc, a player who awakens in a fantasy world in the form of his own game character – a powerful, undead knight.
