Crayon Shin-chan: Our Dinosaur Diary – Official trailer, poster and theme song released

The official trailer, main poster, and details about the theme song for the film "Crayon Shin-chan: Our Dinosaur Diary," based on the work by Yoshito Usui, have been released.

In this latest installment, a theme park named Dino's Island, which revives dinosaurs in modern Tokyo, sparks an unprecedented dinosaur craze. The story revolves around a small dinosaur named "Nana," whom Shiro discovers by the riverside. The trailer showcases Shiro's encounter with Nana, the interactions between Shin-chan's Kasukabe Defense Force and Nana, as well as scenes of wild dinosaurs running rampant after escaping from Dino's Island. Notable characters such as biologist Billy, played by Takumi Kitamura, and Ammonite Ito and Chu, portrayed by the comedy duo Oswald, deliver their lines in the trailer.

The poster depicts Shin-chan and Shiro with determined expressions against a backdrop of dinosaurs, with the duo standing protectively in front of Nana, creating a striking image.

The theme song, titled "Omoide wo Kakenukete," was specially composed by the band My Hair is Bad.

"Crayon Shin-chan: Our Dinosaur Diary," the 31st film in the series, is directed by Shinnosuke Sasaki with a screenplay by Moral. The film is set to release in Japan on August 9.
